Willie Wastle Sports Bar & Restaurant General Conduct Policy
At Willie Wastle's Sports Bar & Restaurant, we are committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all our patrons. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we ask that you adhere to the following terms and conditions for good conduct:
1. No Abuse: Abuse of any kind, whether verbal or physical, towards other patrons or staff, will not be tolerated. This includes threatening, intimidating, or harassing behavior.
2. No Slurs: Use of slurs or discriminatory language based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or any other characteristic is strictly prohibited.
3. No Aggression: Aggressive behavior, including fighting or causing disturbances, will not be tolerated.
4. No Vaping Inside: Vaping is not permitted inside the premises. Please use designated outdoor areas for vaping.
5. Football Colours: Wearing football colours is not allowed during Old Firm games to maintain a neutral and safe atmosphere.
6. Respect for Staff: Abusing staff members, whether verbally or physically, is strictly prohibited. Treat our staff with the respect they deserve.
7. Lifetime Bans: Engaging in bad conduct may result in a lifetime ban from the premises. This includes, but is not limited to, abuse, aggression, and drug use.
8. No Drugs: The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited on the premises.
9. Police Involvement: Any illegal activity or severe misconduct will be reported to the police. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities.
Willie Wastle Sports Bar & Restaurant Family & Young People Policy
At Willie Wastle's Sports Bar & Restaurant, we welcome families and young people to enjoy our restaurant area. To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all our patrons, we ask that you adhere to the following terms and conditions:
1. Age Restrictions: Families and young people are welcome in the restaurant area only. The bar area is restricted to patrons 18 years and older.
2. Challenge 25: We operate a Challenge 25 policy. If you are fortunate enough to look under 25, you will be asked to provide valid photo ID. Acceptable forms of ID include a passport, driving license, or any other form of identification that carries the PASS hologram.
3. Alcohol: Patrons aged 16 and 17 are not permitted to purchase or consume alcohol, even if it is accompanied by a meal.
4. Curfew: All under-18s must vacate the premises by 9pm.
5. Football Colours: Children are exempt from the no football colours rule. They may wear football shirts and other related attire.
6. Supervision: Children must be supervised at all times. They must remain seated and well-behaved during their visit.
7. Meal Requirement: If customers are accompanied by individuals under 18 years of age, food must be consumed during the visit.
8. Facilities: High chairs and baby-changing facilities are available on site for your convenience.
Willie Wastle Sports Bar & Restaurant Dog Policy
At Willie Wastle's Sports Bar & Restaurant, we welcome well-behaved dogs to join their owners for a relaxing time. To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all our patrons and their furry friends, we ask that you adhere to the following terms and conditions:
1. Behaviour: All dogs must be well-behaved at all times. Any dog exhibiting aggressive or disruptive behaviour will be asked to leave the premises.
2. Leads: Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times while inside the bar and in the beer garden. Retractable leads must be locked to a reasonable length to ensure control.
3. Fouling: Dog owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. No fouling is permitted within the beergarden or any other area of the premises.
4. Amenities: We provide water bowls and dog biscuits for our canine guests. Please let our staff know if you need any assistance.
5. Noise Control: To maintain a pleasant atmosphere, dogs are allowed a maximum of 3 barks. Continuous barking or excessive noise will not be tolerated.
6. Access: Dogs must not block access to walkways, doorways, or other areas where patrons and staff need to move freely.
7. Relocation: We reserve the right to ask customers with dogs to move to the garden area if necessary to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests.
